Data processed and collection methods

We process the data you choose to provide by phone, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, message and information relating to the rug or project. Any photographs are sent directly by the user through WhatsApp.

The website does not independently store or transmit the contents of the form: it prepares a message on the user’s device and opens WhatsApp. The hosting provider may process technical data and server logs required for the website’s security and delivery.
